Abstract - Patriarchy is a social system where society believes that the position of women is lower than men, this understanding upholds the nature of men where they dominate and have authority in almost all social aspects, with this system women are the most disadvantaged, to respond to this, the researcher conducted a study to reveal women's unrest against the system, The researcher will also raise men's opinions on this matter, this research will be conducted using quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to the public, the objects of this research are women and men with an age range between 18-28 years, while the results of this study aim to create public awareness of women's human rights that are held back because of the patriarchal system.

Abstak - Patriarki merupakan sistem sosial dimana masyarakat meyakini bahwa kedudukan perempuan lebih rendah dari laki-laki, paham ini menjunjung tinggi kodrat laki-laki dimana mereka mendominasi dan memiliki otoritas hampir di seluruh aspek sosial, dengan adanya sistem tersebut perempuan merupakan kaum yang paling dirugikan, untuk merespon hal tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk menyingkap keresahan perempuan terhadap sistem tersebut, peneliti juga akan mengangkat pendapat laki-laki terhadap hal tersebut, penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat, objek penelitian ini adalah perempuan dan laki-laki dengan rentang usia antara 18-28 tahun, adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat kesadaran masyarakat akan hak asasi perempuan yang tertahan karena sistem patriarki tersebut
